The app is unusable on the new iPad, the graphic is expanded and there is no way to navigate the screen. That said it being a universal app it did download to my iPhone via iCloud. It ran well there testing frequency response on both ends. It however relies on user rating input for tone quality so its very subjective.
It is very useful as a benchmark tool if you have multiple earbuds/headphones to compare them to each other so you can hear what your missing when you select one over another.
